Self Service Mobile Banking App

A commercial bank asked LiquidHub to help re-imagine engagement with their customers by designing a mobile banking app that combined access to commercial, small business, and consumer banking accounts in one application.

We began by creating user journeys, mapping critical functionality, and identifying current gaps such as remote deposit capture, balance preview, and advanced payment functionality in their current app. Our team created wireframes, design prototypes, and conducted usability testing to provide a best-in-class experience for each customer base.

We provided all the screen and interactions for the application and worked seamlessly with their internal team to produce the final app. This application was launched in 2016, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
